The main idea of JackThreads was for boutique brands to unload their off-price merchandise in an online 24-hour-window sale.  Selling this way protected their image from being mixed in with inferior brands (a.k.a. way less cool brands) at a TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshalls, etc.

JackThreads was a branding bootcamp.  I usually wouldn’t find what the day’s sale was until that morning. So, I had two-to-three hours to learn as much as I could about brands I had never heard of, then produce sale graphics that were ‘on-brand’.
